WEBSITE PRIVACY
Website privacy notice
This notice covers the newidea company website at company.newideas.cc. Each mobile app has its own privacy policy.
Updated October 16, 2026
01Website operator and scope
This website presents 芜湖新思路网络科技有限公司 and selected team-developed products. It offers product information and support links. It has no accounts, uploads, payments or online message forms.
02Page delivery and hosting
The published website is a static site hosted on our existing OVHcloud server. Your browser sends network information needed to request pages, images and styles and deliver HTTPS responses. Website access logging is disabled in the dedicated Nginx site configuration; visitor request error logs are not retained by that site configuration. The hosting provider may process network and security information under its own policies.
03Tracking and browser storage
We do not use advertising, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts, cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage on this website. The local navigation script only opens and closes the mobile menu. Language switching does not save a preference.
04External app and store pages
App Store, Tencent MyApp and dedicated app support, terms and privacy pages are separate services. They apply their own policies when you open them. Website links omit referring-page information.
05Product-support email
The published product-support inbox is caoqun6666@gmail.com. Sending an email is optional and uses your email provider. Your message and reply address are processed to respond and resolve the request. Include only what is needed. You can use the same address to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to records that must be retained. This website does not receive emails through a form.
06Separate app policies
This notice does not describe or replace any mobile app’s data practices. Use the relevant app policy linked from our product or support pages. Store availability, purchases and app data are handled by the parties identified there.
07Changes and questions
We update this notice when website features or hosting change. The legal company name remains in Chinese because an official English legal name has not been provided. For product support or privacy questions about support correspondence, use the published product-support address above.
